Smart Mobility documentation

Find the guide for the task you want to complete. Each module opens on an overview with links to its functional, configuration and technical guides.

Start with the functional guide to use the product. Configuration guides explain administrator responsibilities, available settings and their effects. Technical guides describe implementation, APIs, dependencies and evidence limits.

Start from your workspace

Your workspace or responsibilityUseful starting points
EmployeeUnderstand your workspace, maintain your skills, take an assigned test, or explore a career plan.
ManagerReview your team's dashboard, follow interviews, and support development plans.
HRMaintain the jobs and skills framework, prepare People Review, or manage talent pools.
AdministratorManage users, configure roles and permissions, and prepare imports and exports.

Your account can offer several workspaces. Switching workspace keeps the signed-in identity and its permissions; it does not grant administrator access. Follow the navigation described in the relevant guide, since company menus and labels can differ.

Follow the guide that matches your interface

Some modules use legacy screens inside the current navigation; others use redesigned screens. Check the guide's interface description and prerequisites before following its steps. A menu entry, visible button or screenshot does not establish access to every action.

The guides distinguish behavior observed in the application, behavior verified in code and behavior that remains unverified. An empty-state or access-denied capture explains that state; it does not demonstrate a successful save. Captures retain the language actually observed, with differences explained beside the relevant procedure.

Find a page or get help

Use the search field at the top to find a feature or phrase, or use Modules to open an overview. The language selector switches between English and French documentation; it does not change your application language or permissions.

For a missing menu or refused action, check your workspace and the module's prerequisites, then contact your authorized administrator. For product questions or training, contact your Customer Success Manager. When reporting an issue, include the module, interface, steps and visible message without sharing credentials or confidential employee information.
